01 Program description
When you provide your mobile number and opt in, QuickShip Canada (operated by QuickShip Global Express Canada Ltd., part of the Inext Group) may send you recurring text messages related to your shipments and account. Depending on the consent you give, messages may include:
- Shipment notifications: pickup confirmations, tracking and transit updates, exception and delay alerts, out-for-delivery and delivery confirmations.
- Account and service messages: quote follow-ups, verification codes, and important service notices.
- Customer support: replies to questions you raise with our team.
- Promotional messages: offers and updates, sent only if you separately opt in to marketing texts.
02 Consent and opt-in
You consent to receive text messages from QuickShip when you provide your mobile number and agree to this program, for example by ticking an opt-in box on our website, quote form, or checkout, by providing your number for shipment updates, or by texting us first.
Not a condition of purchase
Your consent to receive promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from QuickShip. You can use our services without opting in to marketing texts.
By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or account holder for the mobile number you provide, or that you are authorised to consent on their behalf, and that the number is accurate.
03 Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your shipment and account activity. Shipment notifications are sent as events occur, so you may receive several messages for a single shipment. Promotional messages, if you opt in, are sent on a recurring basis.
04 Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Any charges are billed by and payable to your mobile carrier. Message delivery is subject to your carrier’s network, and QuickShip is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Please contact your mobile carrier for details of your plan.
05 How to opt out: reply STOP
You can cancel the SMS program at any time by replying
STOP
to any message you receive from us. After you send
STOP
, we will send a single confirmation message and then stop sending program text messages to that number.
If you opt out, you may no longer receive text updates about your shipments; where needed, we may contact you about active shipments by other means, such as email. To rejoin the program later, opt in again or reply

07 Supported carriers
Our SMS program is supported by major mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers and availability may change, and messaging may not be available on all carriers or in all regions.
08 Your mobile data and privacy
Information we collect through the SMS program is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
Mobile data commitment
We do not sell your mobile phone number, and we do not share your mobile number or your SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected for texting are shared only with the service providers that help us operate the messaging program, and only to deliver the messages you have asked to receive.
09 Eligibility
To take part in the SMS program you must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorised user of the mobile number provided. The program is intended for recipients in regions where QuickShip offers messaging.
10 Changes to these terms
We may update these SMS Terms or the program from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and post the updated terms here. Your continued participation after an update means you accept the revised terms.
