How fast can you deliver?
Within Canada, QuickShip Domestic runs 1-7 business days and Standard Economy 3-5. Time Critical moves urgent shipments within 48 hours. International runs 2-10 business days depending on the destination.
Do I need an account to get a quote?
No. Enter two postal codes and your package size and the calculator will show you live rates. An account is only needed when you book.
How is my shipping cost worked out?
Carriers bill on whichever is greater, the actual weight or the volumetric weight, worked out from the dimensions. The calculator shows both, so there are no surprises.
Which platforms do you integrate with?
Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento and around 20 more. There is also an open API if your team would rather build it themselves.
Can you ship outside Canada?
Yes. We ship to the U.S., the UK, Europe, India, Australia and over 200 countries and destinations. International runs 2-10 business days and we handle customs brokerage, duties and the paperwork.
What happens if a parcel goes missing?
